Shipping

Free U.S. standard shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Tungsten items ship within 1–3 business days. All other items ship within 3–5 business days.

These are processing times before shipment, not delivery estimates. Carrier transit time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery. For orders containing both tungsten and other items, shipment timing may vary by item.

International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Duties, taxes, customs fees, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary because of customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

All engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with tags.

To request an exchange, contact info@pashafinejewelry.com or call 310-376-2800 before sending the item back.

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for insured, trackable return shipping. After the exchange is approved, a $30 reshipping fee must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

All orders are carefully inspected before shipment.
Pasha Fine Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in additional reshipping charges.
